#thisismymakana Instagram Challenge 2013

Launched on Heritage Day, 24th September 2013, Makana Tourism and IgersGrahamstown's Instagram Challenge will run a themed challenge per week for four weeks.
Every Tuesday, a new theme will be posted on Facebook, Twitter and on Makana Tourism’s website along with the previous week’s best picture.
On 6 November 2013, the top 40 prints will be displayed at an exhibition hosted by Makana Tourism.
Makana Tourism, Bucklands Private Game Reserve and Hill Street Manor are this year’s prize sponsors and the overall winner could walk away with the following:
• Day Safari for 2 people, including lunch, at Bucklands Private Game Reserve
• Winner’s visual/s to be reproduced in a limited postcard and t-shirt print-runs courtesy of Makana Tourism
• R400 cash prize donated by Hill Street Manor
2nd and 3rd Runners-up - Their visuals will be displayed in the window of Makana Tourism’s offices for approximately 2 months.
Even though we are currently on week #4 you may still enter your photographs into the previous weeks’ Challenges.

IgersGrahamstown, officially formed in January 2013, is an active, informal group of mobile photographers known as Instagramers or Igers and consists of students, scholars and community members based in the Grahamstown area.
