Celery and rocquefort soup served with croutons.

MAIN COURSE

Pork belly slow-roasted on a bed of onions, garlic and carrots with white wine, port, bay leaves and thyme served with an onion and apple veloute, green beans and parsley potatoes.

Parisian beetroot salad with walnuts, eggs, rocket, fresh herbs and mixed leaves.

VEG OPTION:  Ratatouille quiche with cocktail tomatoes, brinjal, peppers, zucchini and olives.

DESSERT

Nougat glace (frozen cream cake with caramelised nuts, honey, preserved ginger and glace fruits) with berry coulis.
